Science and Technology has been a Life Changer. Its one of the best thing that has ever happened to Humanity.
We have been using the terms science and technology together many a times but there is a difference between them.
I will just explain to you all in Layman's terms.
SCIENCE :
Science can be defined as the study of the natural world through or by scientific method.
For example collecting data through a systematic process.
Technology :
Technology is where we apply science to create devices that can solve problems and perform different tasks. Technology is literally the application of science.
Technology comes through the application of science.
We see the impact of science and technology in Many fields of Life.
In Transportation: we have a lot of Machines made for movement of people and Goods: trains, airplane, helicopter, hot air balloon, ships, submarines, and Many more. Technology has really made it very easy for living.
In Medicines: we have robots , nano technology, massive scanner and Laboratory devices to ease doctors works,
Through extensive science research, Drugs are evolving, and a lot of incurable sickness are being cured or Managed now.
There some impossible surgeries that are being carried out successfully, Heart transplants, Bone marrow transplant, cancer and other potent Diseases are being combated.

In Computing: we now have computers in almost every house hold equipment, even in transportation and medical field computers now play a major role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
The Internet is also evolving, looking back to the old version of Internet: the Web 1, we can see a whole lot of improvement from every angle, speed, efficiency, interactions, social medias and a lot more became very optimized. The web3 is now making waves too.
In Agriculture: We now have standard machinery, that easily aids food production, be it Livestock and poultry, fishery, farming and a lot.
Even recently, here in Benue State Nigeria, farmers have now Adopted using farm machines and equipmens, which is a very good move, being that there will be massive production of food and agricultural products for the country.
In Housing: New Materials for building is being developed, both on land and in water, we now have massive Skyscrapers, underwater bridges, floating briges, Oil Rigs and Lot more.
In Clothing: The effects of Science is also made evident in clothing sector, Amazing designs, machines to make Clothes of various sizes and shapes.
This list goes on and On.
The Positive Impacts of Science in the society is so great. But there are some setbacks and Demerits too.
Human being are curious beings, the are known for doing things to the extreme.
Here are some extremely ridiculous science inventions
Modifying our Body: genetically
Nowadays people go all the way to modify their bodies: from Male to female, some ridiculously pay expensive amount to lift their Butt, pump their breast, removing their genetals, others modifies their bodies to look like animals, some to look like aliens, this is very saddening.
Sex Robots, dolls and others
Some years back there was a trend of Sex robots and dolls, people actually paid a huge amount of money for them,
I means crazy amount of money to buy a synthetic machines when there are a lot of Beautiful Ladies, brown, white, blonde, brunettes , redheads out there in the world, Handsome men out there.
I was so disgusted by such innovations, it's morally stupid and unethical, to me it looks pervert. Sorry to sound harsh, i feel so disgusted even when writing and thinking people actually do all this crazy stuffs and buy them.
Nuclear weapons and Drones
Okay so this is really a serious issue,
Humanity went too far on this one, creating weapons of mass destruction, capable of wiping out a. Whole country.
The list goes on and on.
What are the places i wish science work more on?
More Innovation on savings the Mother Earth
Afforestation: more trees should be planted, we need to save our dying planet. Every day Trees are being Cut down and there is no obvious efforts on getting them replaced.
Animal are dying and their habitat is being destroyed.
There should be more efforts to contain cases of oil waste in our seas and oceans.
Genetic engineering is one thing that reminds us that science is overdoing what expect if it, like it has kind of rogue and needs to be stopped.
It's Crazy Bro, all this western countries, are even doing the most, they are indoctrinating kids in school to a lot of bull shit like Gayism, lesbianism, cross dressing, transgender like WTF!!?
I appreciate good inventions by technology but some inventions can be dangerous as you mentioned sex robots, drones, and Nuclear weapons. Science is now entering into more advanced technology.

In one way science is benefiting mankind but in another way destroying it by inventing sophisticated weapons.

My dear most time i sit down just they imagine the evil science have bring to this generation if time is not taking it will really be worst I think measures should be created.
Science has brought some amazing innovations our way that we can't do without right now and the innovations have led to us knowing more about the world out there, without science, I don't think there would have been mobile devices.
Despite all the good deeds, there is still a bad aspect of it as science goes too far with its innovation.
