Hello, and welcome to my first work for the newbies initiative program, which will run for the next three months. I am quite glad for the opportunity to participate in this effort. I appreciate the organizers' efforts. Straight to the topic

What is your Hive goal at End of the Initiative (in three months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, comments & engagement and any other Hive related goals you have in mind?
In term of my hive power

I used to have a hive power of 37 before joining the newbies initiative, but now I have a hive power of 86, a difference of 49 in a space of 2 months. Looking at this, I'm feeling a little more optimistic. My goal, though, has been to reach a high hive power of 200 or higher, if possible. If, despite my inconsistency, I was able to gain an additional 49 hive power over a two-month period. This suggests that putting in more effort can boost my hive's power. As a result, I believe I can achieve my aim.

Followers
So far, I have only been able to increase my followers from 4 to 6, which is very low. However, I strongly believe that before the end of the three-months initiative, I hope to have at least 15 followers. This can be accomplished through following people, leaving comments, connecting and interacting with others, and engaging in interesting blogging.

Comments and engagement

I believe this two goes hand in hand with each other. So far, I've tried to improve my rate of engagement, but I've discovered that my inconsistency has been a major roadblock for me. I adore the comment section because it provides a way for people to get to know one another and encourage one another. You discover that you may make a post and, while you may not receive any votes, the comments you receive will push you to realize that what you put wasn't all that horrible. The majority of the comments make me smile.

How do you plan to achieve it

There are a few things I can do to help me attain my objectives.

  • I will be consistent in producing high-quality posts, developing relationships with other members of the community, ensuring that I fully contribute in the content for newbies and hive learners, and scheduling time to read other people's posts while also encouraging others.

Challenges
Motivation is the most difficult obstacle I have in achieving my goal. Most of the time, I find it difficult to come up with topic ideas to write about. I've also noticed that being ignored after putting in a lot of work is even more frustrating. Being ignored produces a sensation of rejection, which is counterproductive to motivation. Another issue in my region is the power supply, which has deteriorated to the point that there is hardly enough light to charge the system. It's quite discouraging.

Finally, I believe that if I work hard, stay consistent, create high-rated posts, help others, and follow the community rules, I will be able to reach my goal of 200 hive power by the end of this Three months.
