Saludos mis queridos amigos hoy llegue un poco agotado del trabajo, me fui a descansar un poco me levante a las 5:40 PM y con hambre, no tenía nada que compartir con ustedes, abrí la nevera y veo una masa para pastelitos y se me ocurrió la idea de hacer unos tacos pero no sabía con que rellenarlos, pensé en hacer un guacamole pero me faltaba ingredientes así que decidí hacerlos con papas, zanahoria, y repollo salteados casi vegetariano, en la descripción les dejo la preparación, así que manos a la cocina.

Utilice los siguientes ingredientes para preparar los tacos.

✔️ 100 g Repollo.

✔️ 1 Papa.

✔️ 1 Cebolla.

✔️ 1 Zanahoria.

✔️ 1/2 Cucharada de paprika.

✔️ 1/2 Cucharada de orégano.

✔️ 1/2 Cucharada de sal ( al gusto ).

Use the following ingredients to prepare the tacos.

✔️ 100 g Cabbage.

✔️ 1 Pope.

✔️ 1 Onion.

✔️ 1 Carrot.

✔️ 1/2 tablespoon of paprika.

✔️ 1/2 tablespoon of oregano.

✔️ 1/2 Tablespoon of salt (to taste).

Paso 1 👣

Cortar el repollo, zanahoria, papa y cebolla en tiritas o juliana.

Paso 2 👣

En un sartén coloque dos cucharadas de aceite para saltear los ingredientes. ( zanahoria, papa, repollo y cebolla ).

La zanahoria como es más dura en cocer la añadir primero, luego agregué los condimentos y la sal. ( la paprika y el orégano ), los mezcle para que fueran agarrando el sabor de los condimentos, luego fui añadiendo la papa, repollo y cebolla e iba mezclandolos para que todos los ingredientes se sasonaran.

The carrot, as it is harder to cook, I add it first, then I add the seasonings and the salt. (paprika and oregano), I mixed them so that they were grabbing the flavor of the condiments, then I added the potato, cabbage and onion and mixed them so that all the ingredients were seasoned.

Una vez que los ingredientes agarraron la sazón de los condimentos los dejé cocer por un tiempo de diez minutos.

Agarre una lonja de la masa de pastelito y con una paleta de madera la coloque en medio de la masa y la puse sobre un budare o sartén precalentado hasta que se fue cociendo ( dorando y que quedara un tanto dura o fija para poder rellenarlos ).
