Hablando aqui como los locos, a todo el mundo le gusta mandar ¿No? Nadie quiere ser mandado, todos andan dando órdenes por doquier, haz aquí y haz allá se escucha por aquí y por allá. Pasa mucho en los hogares, pasa más en los trabajos, para en los arrabales y pasa tambien en los barrios. El perro manda al gato, el gato manda al ratón, y el ratón como no tiene a quien mandar pues le toca mandar a otro ratón.

Lo mismo es en los trabajos, el jefe manda al supervisor, el supervisor manda al trabajador, y el trabajador como no tiene a quien mandar, manda a otro trabajador. Todos queremos dar órdenes, imponernos ante otro nos hace sentir superiores, alfa, machos o hembras, pero pocos, muy pocos saben seguir instrucciones, poco saben escuchar y poco saben hacer lo que se precise, por eso todos mandan, así sea mal, pero mandan. No hay líderes sino mandones, no hay ejemplos sino resentimientos, no hay aciertos sino irregularidades.

Todos mandan pero ninguno escucha, ninguno conoce la naturaleza del mando, ser líder es una cualidad extraordinaria para el que manda aunque todos se crean líderes, pero en realidad nadie seguiría a esos falsos líderes a ninguna parte. Todos mandamos a todos pero nadie hace nada, por eso es que el mundo está tan grave en ciertos aspectos, porque los mandones se sientan a esperar que sus órdenes se cumplan y ninguno da el ejemplo para que los demás quieran hacer cumplir esas órdenes.

Talking here like crazy people, everybody likes to be in charge, don't they? No one wants to be bossed around, everyone is giving orders everywhere, do here and do there, you hear it here and there. It happens a lot in homes, it happens more at work, it happens in the suburbs and it happens in the neighborhoods. The dog commands the cat, the cat commands the mouse, and the mouse, as he has no one to command, it is his turn to command another mouse.

The same thing happens in the workplace, the boss gives orders to the supervisor, the supervisor gives orders to the worker, and the worker, as he has no one to give orders to, gives orders to another worker. We all want to give orders, imposing ourselves on others makes us feel superior, alpha, male or female, but few, very few know how to follow instructions, little know how to listen and little know how to do what is needed, that is why everyone commands, even if it is bad, but they command. There are no leaders but bosses, there are no examples but resentments, there are no successes but irregularities.

Everyone commands but no one listens, no one knows the nature of command, being a leader is an extraordinary quality for the one who commands, although everyone thinks he is a leader, but in reality no one would follow these false leaders anywhere. We all command everyone but no one does anything, that is why the world is so serious in certain aspects, because the bossy sit and wait for their orders to be fulfilled and no one sets an example so that others want to enforce those orders.
