Afternoon walk in the the nature reserve, we saw a few wallabies just feeding in the afternoon sun. Connecting with nature even if only for a few minutes reminds me the world around me is aliveandthriving. The rest of my activity count came from a easy morning run and a full day of work.

That is correct, generally wallabies about 1 metre tall, Kangaroos are very similar but are bigger.
