Hmm. Is your point that "loaders, laborers, janitors and other public utilities workers" aren't low skilled or is your point that theorists are also low skilled?

Definitely, a person who masterfully does his job cannot be considered low-skilled. At the same time, many theories are not confirmed, or go the wrong way, which suggests that theorists can be counted among the number, or the concept of low-skilled labor. But if the janitor does not sweep the yard well, you will see it immediately, and you will find out that the theory was wrong years, or centuries later.
