Today I have some dates at home, these dates were brought by my husband. He got these dates from his friend, the fruit is very big but I don't like the texture of these dates. The texture is too soft, even though I like slightly crunchy dates.

Because I didn't want to waste it, I planned to make it into a drink. I think the drink Date Milk is a delicious drink.
Coincidentally, I still have evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk at home, I plan to use them as a mixture.

1 glass of water, 150 grams of seedless dates, 100 ml of evaporated milk, 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk

How to make

Step 1

Put 1 glass of water and dates into a blender, then puree.

Step 2

Pour and strain the dates into a container.

Step 3

Prepare a glass, put the blended dates in the glass then add evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk.

This date milk drink is very delicious, especially when added with ice cubes it is definitely more refreshing. Apart from that, date milk drink is also very suitable as an appetizer when breaking the fast. There are lots of people around me selling dates, especially now that it is the month of Ramadan, dates are very easy to find.
