「生活」那些年踩过的“高价”坑

作为一个没什么独到眼光的普通人，在过去这么多年的消费史里，真的是踩过不少“高价”坑，这些坑说起来个个都令人捶胸顿足...

最近得知了一个关于房产交付契税的事情，据说现在契税缴纳标准大幅度降低，想当初我们可是硬生生地交了20000元。这事还是从一位朋友口里得知，她也是按照之前的标准缴纳的。我们都希望，后续会退税。

一股很不爽的情绪顿时从心里迸发，一时间我开始回忆自从我参加工作以来，真的是踩过不少高价坑。

参加工作后三四年，我就考了驾照买了车。选车时逛了各种品牌4S店，东看西看才选定了现在的“小白”。当时花了23万多才拿下这辆车，可是没过两年车价就跳水，如果我再等两年，可以得到更高的配置和更好看的外观。

好在有人告诉我，车价跳水的同时，汽车配置也在降低，所以同一个型号的车，新款不一定就比老款质量好，这也算是平衡了一点我的心理吧。

时间又来到2019年，我和点哥商量着想换一套品质更好的房子，于是在那段时间购置了期房，也就是我们刚刚装修了的新房。其实这套房子以及所在小区，方方面面还算令我们满意，可就是房价...

那些年房价虚高，所谓的改善性住房均价在9000元左右，然而现在已经回到7000元左右。这个降幅的差额可以基本搞定装修了，真是令人懊恼。

再说到装修，我们装修的时候还没有国补的概念，结果半年之后，国补政策就出台了。别的不说，光是空调这一项，就能优惠5000元左右，我真的醉了。

除了这些生活上的消费，在币圈的投资仿佛也是如此。比如之前以很低的价格买过狗币，结果随大流都卖了，结果最后暴涨，这似乎是最佳的暴富机会。之前也想买比特币，但总是不敢买太多，持有太久，只敢赚个小差价。

可能我说的这些东西，能激起许多人共鸣吧。因为能够踩到“转折点”的人终究是极小部分，少部分人能喝点汤就不错了，而大部分人就像我这样，踩不完的“高价”坑啊。
