Reptiles in the park
Que tal amigos, el día de hoy quiero mostrarles una pequeña colección de animales que he ido recolectando a través de los días, se trata de fotografías de iguanas y sobre todo tortugas, que son los reptiles que más abundan en el parque al que siempre voy a hacer fotografías, además las fotografías están editadas con mi más reciente preset, la ventaja de trabajar así es que se avanza muy rápido en la edición, y ya que todas las fotografías tienen una exposición similar funciona muy bien, así que vamos a ver las imágenes.
What's up friends, today I want to show you a small collection of animals that I have been collecting through the days, these are photographs of iguanas and especially turtles, which are the most abundant reptiles in the park where I always go to take pictures, also the pictures are edited with my latest preset, the advantage of working like this is that you move faster in editing, and since all the pictures have a similar exposure works very well, so let's see the images.
Tengo varias semanas cazando esta bella iguana, es muy grande, debe de medir un poco más de un metro de larga, el día de hoy se encontraba en una rama que estaba mas cercana a mi posición, la he visto varios días en el mismo árbol pero se encuentra en una pequeña isla en medio del estanque, por eso me es tan difícil acercarme, hoy estaba completamente dormida y pude hacer esta fotografía, fue lo mejor que pude hacer el día de hoy, ya que estaba muy camuflada entre la vegetación del árbol.
I have several weeks hunting this beautiful iguana, it is very big, it must be a little more than a meter long, today it was on a branch that was closer to my position, I have seen it several days in the same tree but it is on a small island in the middle of the pond, that is why it is so difficult for me to get closer, today it was completely asleep and I could take this picture, it was the best I could do today, as it was very camouflaged among the vegetation of the tree.
Aquí pueden ver el árbol en el que se encuentra, incluso se alcanza a ver un poco del agua que rodea a la pequeña isla, espero que puedan encontrar a la iguana en la fotografía.

Llegó el momento de las tortugas, ese día estuve jugando con la apertura del diafragma, por cierto todas las fotografías de hoy fueron hechas con un enfoque manual y sin usar trípode, he encontrado bastante satisfactorio disparar así, aunque algunas veces mi enfoque puede fallar, pero incluso el enfoque automático lo hace, en fin para mí se trata de práctica y experiencia, así que lo seguiré haciendo hasta que domine la técnica.
The time came for the turtles, that day I was playing with the aperture, by the way all the pictures of today were taken with a manual focus and without using tripod, I have found quite satisfactory to shoot like this, although sometimes my focus can fail, but even the auto focus does it, anyway for me it's all about practice and experience, so I will keep doing it until I master the technique.
Cuando voy de paseo fuera de la ciudad al rancho al que me voy a descansar, paso por un puente en el que hay muchas tortugas nadando bajo el puente, es un lugar en el que las tortugas están acostumbradas a la presencia humana, además el puente se encuentra mas o menos 10 metros sobre el nivel del agua del río, eso les da confianza a las tortugas, además de que la gente que pasa por ahí las alimenta, sin embargo no es un buen lugar para hacerles fotografía y por lo mismo no lo he hecho, aquí en el parque es muy difícil hacerles fotografías, a pesar de que mucha gente va al parque las tortugas no están acostumbradas a nuestra presencia, y tan pronto te ven que estas un poco cerca se tiran al agua o se sumergen, hoy tuve la fortuna no ser descubierto cuando me acerque a hacer estas fotografías.
When I travel outside the city to the ranch where I go to rest, I pass by a bridge where there are many turtles swimming under the bridge, it is a place where the turtles are used to human presence, also the bridge is about 10 meters above the water level of the river, that gives them confidence to the turtles, plus the people who pass by there feed them, However it is not a good place to take pictures of them and for this reason I haven't done it, here in the park it is very difficult to take pictures of them, even though many people go to the park the turtles are not used to our presence, and as soon as they see that you are a little close they jump into the water or dive, today I had the luck of not being discovered when I approached to take these pictures.
