Review of my March

As human beings, we aren't all knowing, only God knows all things. Nobody knows what's embedded in each day let alone months of the year, so every month has its own challenges. Everyone prays to have smooth rides at all times but life's trouble can happen and when it comes we can't do anything to it than accept our fate.

This year started well in the first two weeks but along the line, it becomes so dark and exhausting. The last week of January and early February was very tough for my family because we lost my Dad's elder brother in late January though Papa was an Eighty year old man but it was still a loss, himself and my dad are the only surviving children of my Paternal grandparents.

My Dad was so heartbroken and we all felt his pains. Then my Mum's younger sister lost her husband (who's in his late 50's) to the cold hand of death first Sunday in February. The shock of the deaths demoralized everybody in the family, but in all things we bless God for how far He has brought us thus far.

Then March came, it was great to the glory of God, we recorded no death in the family, everyone was haled and hearty by His grace and we all moved on with our respective work putting our past losses behind us.

I find it very difficult to post very well here on Hive last month due to offline work load. As a teacher, I'm part of the examination committee in my school, so submission of second term examination drafts started late February till March 1st. So myself and the computer Master started typing the exam questions after school hour because exam was scheduled for second week of March.

In the process of typing settings, I wasn't privileged at all to have adequate time for Hive during and after work hours. And when I got home in the evening I will be so tired to even think right on a topic. So the first three weeks of March was hectic for me at work and I was wishing the Easter holiday would come very quickly because it was becoming exhausting.

I and family during the thanksgiving & reception of my late Uncle; Papa died @80

After all the stress at work, schools in my state vacated on 27th March and the burial of my Dad's late elder brother was also done the same day. He was buried at my village where I work, so I was privileged to witness his burial.

And the following day which was 28th March, a thanksgiving service and reception was held in his honor by both families and friends then my holiday started I was so happy because I now have 3 weeks of enjoyment for myself.

Then Easter celebration came, we had a full house and it was enjoyment galore for the whole family. We dined and wined in love to celebrate every moment, I had a great time during Easter. And I also have the privilege to see my cousins, nieces and nephews whom I haven't seen in months.

Thanks for stopping by!

Sorry about the losses... May their souls rest in peace.
