Hive Open Mic - Week 127 | Humilde (Original Song)

  Humility is the virtue that consists in knowing one's own limitations and weaknesses. Who is humble, is sincere in heart and is not deceived. Humility is not feeling ashamed of one's own limitations or weaknesses, it is recognizing them and acting in life with full awareness of them, assuming them with dignity and transparency. Humility is a pearl that beautifies the heart and makes the gaze of those who harbor it in their heart close and warm. Being humble is a sign of intelligence and candor.

  To pay tribute to the exalted virtue of humility, I wanted to compose a simple and somewhat rough theme, but not without beauty and meaning. With ABAB+Coda form, this week 127 I present "Humilde"; an instrumental piece for piano that runs in the key of C Major.

  I say goodbye with love wishing you peace and happiness.

SPANISH VERSION

  La humildad es la virtud que consiste en el conocimiento de las propias limitaciones y debilidades. Quien es humilde, es sincero de corazón y no se engaña. La humildad no es sentir vergüenza de las propias limitaciones o flaquezas, es reconocerlas y actuar en la vida con plena conciencia de ellas, asumiéndolas con dignidad y transparencia. La humildad es perla que embellece al corazón y hace cercana y cálida la mirada de quien la alberga en su corazón. Ser humilde es señal de inteligencia y de candor.

  Para rendir tributo a la excelsa virtud de la humildad, quise componer un tema sencillo y algo tosco pero no por ello carente de belleza y de significado. Con forma ABAB+Coda, esta semana 127 les presento "Humilde"; una pieza instrumental para piano que discurre en la tonalidad de Do Mayor.

  Me despido con cariño deseándoles paz y felicidad.
