My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2023
Hello!!!!
Yet again I have the privilege of sharing about my day. An amazing test of the gift of life being present. On days like this, you taking time to your self and reflecting on things you are greatfull for.
Today was my usual routine. However I did not go for a walk, the steps where accumulated as I went about my days activities that’s how busy my day was.
The first thing I did was feed the birds there after I put there house in order which meant moving things from one spot to the next, this activity in itself added to the days mileage because they where too many things to move from one spot to another. There after I found my self utilizing the energy that was inspired by attending to the birds. Moving me from one activity to the next until I decided to re arrange things in my house. Finishing this tasks left me completely tired and decided to rest for the rest of the day there after.
