Trying Matcha Sulbing! 🌿🆒

Greetings everyone! I am curious to know what flavor you love to add to your sulbing. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a restaurant in Phnom Penh that was designed in a beautiful Korean style, adorned with stunning decorations. After finishing my meal, I decided to order a matcha flavor for dessert. However, I found that the matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I had hoped, and the amount of ice used in the sulbing was overwhelming.

Despite this, I must admit that the sulbing's milk-based texture did lend itself well to the icy nature of the dessert. When I ate it, I would chop and swallow, savoring the pleasant aroma that wafted into my nose. Notably, the bowls in which the sulbing was served were made of steel and had a strikingly bright appearance.

Based on my personal experience, I have a great weekend to try a significant inequality in the taste of sulbing in Cambodia between the city and the province, with the former offering a far ingredients to make a flavor. It appears that, time and time again, I find myself into the same topping and flavor, thus today I change a desire within me to elevate my sulbing experience by ordering the flavor of matcha. Within this looking good bowl of matcha sulbing, one can expect an added topping of excitement as it is come with soft coconut jelly and the side with black jelly.
