[Movie] Survival Chaos In "Jurassic World" Review
I made sure I saw this movie during the day and not alone, with my cousin. I'm not a fan of horror movies or anything related to it and this movie from the stories I've heard about does fall in one of the categories. But I was given an assignment to see it from a book I was reading. Since it's a topic that I am interested in, I decided to obey.
Thankfully, it didn't turn out as too scary for me but I know it's because I was seeing it with my cousin so we both kept our cool and enjoy the story unfold. But I won't say I didn't get real scared at some scenes especially the ones where I wished they wouldn't take unnecessary risks but still did anyways and almost got killed.

"Jurassic World" is an Sci-Fi, action and adventure movie about dinosaurs and humans, released in the year 2015 starring Chris Pratt as Owen, Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire, Vincent D'Onofrio as Hoskins, Nick Robinson as Zach, Ty Simpkins as Gray. It's my first time seeing some of the actors in it but Nick Robinson is familiar.
The story begins with Zach and Gray being sent by their parents to spend a vacation with their aunt, one of the people in charge up launch a new theme park that has just created a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur named Indominus Rex. Since she is super busy to keep the park running, she leaves her nephews with her assistant and goes to meet her Boss in regards to checking on their new creation, the surprise they have cooking for their visitors. She's made to get Owen's help.

Owen is a guy who have in control dinosaurs in his own space so his fame got to Claire's boss and so he was invited to tame and control the new created Indominus Rex but things go wrong when Owen visits the containment with Claire to check it. From his questions and assessments, they've gone wrong from the beginning and they discovered that Rex is trying to escape the containment and even left marks to deceive them that it left but it was a ploy to take some lives. It escapes and goes on a killing spree to the park.
The story gets intense as Claire decided to work with Owen to find our nephews who were still having fun at the park riding towards where Rex is headed. The tension increases for me as Zach gets his brother to join him in going into a place that was restricted for the fun of it, they are attached by a dinosaur and almost got eaten.

They escape to find a vehicle where they got it working and drove off while their aunt and Owen came to the same spot to find them. I got really scared most of the time the two brothers were alone and trying to survive by themselves but I understand how much they seem to know their way around survival, it made the story interesting.
If you're in for some adventure, action and annoying humans trying to control animals they created to not be controlled, you should see this movie. I believe I'm joining late to the party of those who have seen the movie because it's old and I heard a lot about it before now. Glad I'm one of those who have seen it, it's a good one.

Haha yeah, he is a funny character.
Is Jurassic World a horror movie? LOL! 🤣
Well, maybe some people are afraid of dinosaurs, but whatever. Unlike the main Jurassic Park trilogy, this new film saga that came out a decade ago doesn't It really caught my attention, to be honest. It's not because I'm not a fan of this franchise, although I'm not as big a fan as many other people, but because after the first installment, all the others were just a rehash of the same thing.
I would have liked to see a faithful adaptation of the original book, which does have horror, but not with this innocent and adventurous vision of Steven Spielberg. But hey, I have seen one or two dinosaur movies that do catch my attention. Still, this movie isn't bad, at least for passing the time, I think.
Good post.
Haha anything that gets me worked up even slightly while I'm trying to relax and see a movie, is horror. 😂
It's why I'm not a fan of horror movies.
Sorry for late replies.
Aaaaaah, that's suspense, not terror, they are two very different things. 😅
Don't worry, I do the same thing all the time. lol
Oh! Is it? 😂
I'm not cut out for any of it I guess.
Don't worry, you get used to it after a while of consistency.
Hi, friend. I like this kind of movie because, beyond just showing an amusement park, it shows how those animals have to adapt to today’s conditions in order to survive and keep moving forward. This part combines great action, suspense, and—above all—seeing how that group of people is in danger, which brings out another layer of the story.
Yeah, it's a good story that explore those aspects for viewers.
