Descubriendo el encanto del C.C. Costa Azul☀️ [Esp/Eng]

Espero hayan tenido un lindo inicio de semana. Yo sigo acostumbrándome a la rutina de la universidad, pero es porque se me hace muy difícil despertarme temprano. Pero bueno, yo misma decidí esta vida universitaria, así que ni modo, a esperar las vacaciones de Navidad para poder dormir bien, que están súper cerca, porque estos últimos meses del año pasan muy rápido.

Esta vez quería compartirles un poco sobre mi visita al C.C. Costa Azul, y la verdad me sorprendió. He visitado muy pocas veces este centro comercial y, en esas pocas veces, ni siquiera lo había recorrido bien, pero en esta oportunidad fue diferente. Tuve bastante tiempo para poder recorrer todos sus pasillos, que aunque no son muchos, pude notar varias cosas que me llamaron la atención.

I hope you had a nice start to the week. I'm still getting used to the university routine, but that's because I find it very difficult to wake up early. But hey, I chose this university life myself, so I'll just have to wait for the Christmas holidays to get some good sleep. They're just around the corner, because these last few months of the year go by so quickly.

This time I wanted to share a little bit about my visit to C.C. Costa Azul, and I was really surprised. I've visited this mall very few times, and on those few occasions, I hadn't even explored it properly, but this time was different. I had enough time to walk through all its aisles, which aren't many, but I noticed several things that caught my attention.

Lo primero que quiero destacar es la increíble estructura de este lugar. La verdad, no sé quién fue el encargado de diseñarlo, porque al investigar en nuestro querido Google aparecen varios nombres, por lo que no quiero atribuirle a alguien el crédito y que no sea. Pero, por la poca información que pude encontrar, se inspiraron en la forma de un barco, lo que me parece increíble y me da curiosidad saber cómo era ese barco.

El lugar donde puedes notar más este diseño tan impresionante es en la feria. Yo no paraba de mirar el techo y esos hermosos ventanales gigantes que dejan pasar una luz natural espectacular. Incluso en los pasillos, que además de ser súper amplios, también tienen este diseño curveado en el techo. Creo que estaba más entretenida viendo eso que las tiendas, y no es que yo sea experta en arquitectura ni nada por el estilo, pero lo bonito se nota.

The first thing I want to highlight is the incredible structure of this place. To be honest, I don't know who was responsible for designing it, because when I searched on our beloved Google, several names came up, so I don't want to give credit to someone who isn't responsible. But, from the little information I could find, they were inspired by the shape of a ship, which I find incredible and makes me curious to know what that ship was like.

The place where you can best appreciate this impressive design is at the fair. I couldn't stop looking at the ceiling and those beautiful giant windows that let in spectacular natural light. Even in the corridors, which are not only very wide but also have this curved design on the ceiling. I think I was more entertained by that than by the shops, and it's not that I'm an expert in architecture or anything like that, but beauty is obvious.

Además, siento que hay un cambio en cómo se percibe el centro comercial de día y de noche, tiene una vibra totalmente diferente. Aunque el C.C. Costa Azul no es tan activo como antes y sí hay menos tiendas en comparación con el Sambil y La Vela, definitivamente tiene varios puntos a favor. Si llegara a tener más tiendas nuevamente, le haría mucha competencia a los demás centros comerciales de la isla.

In addition, I feel that there is a change in how the mall is perceived during the day and at night; it has a totally different vibe. Although the Costa Azul Mall is not as active as it used to be and there are fewer stores compared to Sambil and La Vela, it definitely has several points in its favor. If it were to have more stores again, it would give the other malls on the island a lot of competition.
