What Happened After Graduation

Greetings to you all my dear hivers! How are you all doing? It's been so long since I last posted here, that was my graduation day, and it's been 10 months. I got very busy after I graduated. I focused on looking for a job because I was so stressed about becoming unemployed after graduating.

Weeks after my graduation, I am still smiling and very happy about what I have achieved as a student. I feel very proud of myself for graduating as one of the cumlaudes. I know that it will not guarantee me a successful career, but it will stand as my achievement during my college days. I'd always look at my medal and diploma with a smile.

It's one of my memorable days to treasure. After 18 years of being in school, from daycare to college, it felt really good to finally graduate and conquer the harsh world.

I also shared here that my brother has gone to Canada to pursue his studies and dreams, and it has been a year already since he left here in the Philippines. He has also graduated from his school in Canada. We weren't there with him during that time, but we are so proud of him. (From Philippines to Canada)

Months after my graduation, I was able to get a hard copy of my graduation pictures, my frame, and my class ring. Red Media Studio was truly a great photo studio, it was worth it.

After my graduation, my aunt in Canada sponsored our dinner, and we chose to have it at Lantaw Native Restaurant (SRP) in Il Corso. I've seen that it has become a 2-story al fresco structure, so we were excited about going there.

It was my first time going there after it was renovated. Well, my family's number one pick when eating out is Lantaw, they serve truly good dishes and have a calming ambiance with a sea view. I was amazed upon entering, it was tenfold better than their old one. We headed upstairs to enjoy the view, and they did not disappoint me. They had such a relaxing view, and most of their diners were groups of friends and families.

We ordered our favorite dishes from them, one of their bestsellers is the buttered shrimp, which is my second favorite. For starters, we ordered their sisig, for veggies, we had pinakbet and chop suey, and the Filipino favorites were lumpia and chicken adobo. As for the beverage, we ordered their Cordova coolers, which I highly recommend. I enjoyed them a lot.

This is the view from the side of Lantaw Restaurant.

When you walk out of Lantaw Restaurant and head to the beachfront, you can feel the cool sea breeze. You can also see Cebu’s longest bridge, the Cebu-Cordova Expressway (CCLEX), and Cebu's world-class integrated resort and casino, NUSTAR.

One thing I like about Il Corso Lifemalls is their relaxing atmosphere and view, may it be nighttime or daytime, but my favorite is nighttime because it gives off a different vibe, seeing those lights from the food stalls and restaurants, feeling the sea breeze, and listening to the waves while strolling the coastline.

Il Corso has numerous al fresco dining restaurants with great waterfront views and tasty foods that will satisfy your cravings. They also have spacious parking spaces. After taking pictures and strolling, we went home.

I was away for a long time, and I missed writing here. I've got lots to share with you all, but I'll end this here for now. What do you think? Comment below! Thank you for stopping by. I'll see you in my next post.
