Mi presentación
Vamos a hablarte un poco sobre mi. Mi nombre real es Indira, tengo 38 años, soy una madre Venezolana, que como muchas otras, se vio obligada a dejar su tierra natal y reubicarse en otro país, me encuentro en Montevideo, soy madre, esposa y emprendedora, cocinera de profesión, repostera de corazón.
Si tuviera que resumir todas mis pasiones en 5 grupos distintos estoy segura que irían en algo así como:
Cocina, maternidad, feminismo, emprendimientos y siembra en huertos urbanos.
Desde mi llegada a las hermosas tierras de la República Oriental del Uruguay me he dedicado a crecer como persona, transitando un camino que me ha llevado a la aceptación personal, lo cual ha incluído dejar de alaciar mi cabello y aceptar los rulos naturales del mismo, dejar de luchar contra mi sobrepeso, aceptandolo y dedicándome a mantenerme sana, sin tener que aplicar dietas restrictivas que me hagan pasar por los efectos rebote.
Mi crecimiento personal también me ha llevado a cuestionar mi maternidad y hasta a plantearme cambios en los patrones aprendidos en mi país.
Todo este crecimiento personal no tendría sentido si no me hubiera propuesto crecer en un ámbito que siempre soñé. La repostería. Junto a mi compañero de vida hemos dado vida a un proyecto llamado Atenas Food and Pleasure, acompañenme en todo este proceso y aprendan a realizar tortas de cumpleaños y otras recetas que poco a poco les iré planteando, acompañenme en el crecimiento de mis hierbas aromáticas y en su aplicación en las distintas recetas que les iré planteando poco a poco...
