Very well put. The whole thing seems to have been a bit gung ho and aggressive. I can understand why they did it but I can't agree with it being the right choice

Thank you @meesterboom. Not sure if you were in the PAL discussions, but the turnout right there proves the community as a whole is strong on Steem and we could have all figured out some better options.
Agreed, more talking and figuring out instead of reactive jiggery pokery.
