Burger King and Dairy Queen!

It is not often that we dine out. But when we do, we just do it on budget. In my previous post about watching the BYU Vocal Point Concert., I made mention that we ate dinner at the mall. We actually ate light dinner at Burger King. It was just right in front of the concert venue. And so while waiting for the time, my husband and I decided that we eat at the said restaurant.

We had fries, Burgers, drinks and chicken nuggets. Not much but it did filled our bellies. 😀

We actually have agreement with the children. We told them we will eat at Burger King if we will accomplish something. As far as I can remember, we told them to memorize some verses in the holy scriptures. They have not totally memorized it all but they are getting there.

We told them this was an advance treat for the task. Much of a treat!

It was also a time to bond with the whole family outside our home. We all enjoyed our burger meal and we were set for the concert.

By the way, we also had Blizzard from Dairy Queen. We bought three flavors. Oreo, Mango and Strawberry. Sweet and cold treat!

We love ice cream! I mean who doesn't right?

A good meal with the whole family and a concert, what more can I ask for? Creating great memories with my favorite people!
