Do you prioritize your relationships or your career more?

A subject of which only with the years, the lived experiences we can give a better point of view, since when we are young we do not give priority nor value it as much as we should.

Through the years I have realized that if I do not feel fulfilled as a woman, as a professional, I can not establish a profitable relationship, happiness with my environment specifically my family my husband my daughter, close friends, relationships are very important in our lives, but even more important is to feel good about ourselves, because if not we will not make happy, and less we will make happy the people who are in our environment, so it is very important to give priority to us in our professional development, as this makes us very productive.

I began to be happier, and to be in a lifestyle that I felt more calm, secure, and I was not anxious when I began to let go, and not to tie myself to relationships, whoever wants to be in my life is there, but I don't have to be looking for him, let alone stop doing what I like because of a relationship, As for my role as a mother, the first years were very strong because everything revolved around my daughter, I felt I had no life, I was a little obsessed with taking care of my professional development, since all my time was at home taking care of my daughter.

When she began to trust, and after channeling that if I did not establish a balance, and give me priority without neglecting my role as a mother, I was going to sink into a situation that the more time passed the harder it would be to get out, so as I worked on finding this balance I trusted more and more, and I felt better.

And the same thing happened with my husband's relationship, sometimes to please him and never tell him no, he would neglect me, and I felt frustrated, so I also understood that not by telling him that I can't, or I don't want to, he was going to stop loving me. I understood that giving myself priority, having time for myself and not being so complacent and growing professionally, was very good for me and every time I liked this lifestyle, I am working every day, extending this to all my relationships, whoever wants to be there is, but without conditioning me, and much less neglect my priorities, and professional growth.

Relationships are very important in our lives, but we must not let them manipulate us, much less let them invade our spaces, times, priorities that make us weak and in many cases, some relationships that appear in our lives only use us for their own good, take advantage of a situation, at the expense of our personal growth, so it is very important to instruct us, fill us with wisdom that makes us powerful, and in this way very productive reflected in happiness, because there is nothing that makes us feel better, when we are recognized by some talent, achievement, success.
