Hola mis amores muy buenos días, hoy domingo quiero compartir con ustedes una rica preparación de empanadas caseras, así que me gustaría que me acompañen en este paso a paso pero con una taza de café ☕🤗🌞:
- Carne Molida
- Queso blanco rallado.
- Harina de maíz amarilla para empanadas
- Agua
- Aceite vegetal
- Azúcar
- Sal
Lo primero que debemos realizar es nuestra masa para las empanadas, la masa se prepara poniendo un envase con agua, un poco de sal y azúcar, van agregando la harina y removiendo circularmente hasta que tenga consistencia y puedan amasar sin que le queden peloticas.

- Ground Beef
- Grated white cheese.
- Yellow corn flour for empanadas.
- Water.
- Vegetable oil
- Sugar
- Salt
The first thing to do is to make our dough for the empanadas, the dough is prepared by putting a container with water, a little salt and sugar, add the flour and stirring in a circular motion until it has consistency and can be kneaded without leaving any dough balls.
Ahora comenzamos a preparar nuestras empanadas, pondremos en nuestra mesa un plástico extendido, le agregamos un poco de aceite para que la masa no se quede pegada, tomamos una bola de masa y la aplanamos.
Now we begin to prepare our empanadas, we will put on our table a plastic extended, we add a little oil so that the dough does not stick, we take a ball of dough and flatten it.
Una vez que te vamos en un plato nuestro relleno, procedemos a agregar una cucharada bien sea de carne molida o queso, como ven les muestro la creación de la de carne para que puedan seguirlo.
Once we put our filling on a plate, we proceed to add a spoonful of either ground meat or cheese, as you can see I show you the creation of the meat one so you can follow it.
Con el extremo de nuestra masa lo pegamos con el otro extremo usando nuestro plástico, le damos con la mano para aplanar bien bien nuestro borde y luego con un envase circular haremos el corte y luego de todo eso levantamos nuestro plástico, retiramos la masa que sobra y así haremos hasta que se nos acabe la masa.
With the end of our dough we stick it with the other end using our plastic, we give it with the hand to flatten well our edge and then with a circular container we will make the cut and after all that we lift our plastic, remove the leftover dough and so we will do until we run out of dough.
Pondremos un sartén con al menos 2 o 3 dedos de aceite y lo dejamos calentar para comenzar a freír nuestras empanadas de lado a lado y cuando estén listas las dejamos reposar para poder disfrutarlas con una rica bebida caliente.
We will put a frying pan with at least 2 or 3 fingers of oil and let it heat up to start frying our empanadas from side to side and when they are ready we let them rest to enjoy them with a delicious hot drink.
Así quedan nuestras deliciosas empanadas, ideal para un desayuno o cena con la familia, espero que les haya gustado y tengan un grandioso domingo de descanso. Buen provecho 😋🍽️☕.
