Hola mis amores muy buenos días para todos, feliz y bendecido jueves, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rica y deliciosa receta hecha en casa paso por paso, vamos a preparar unos enrollados de pollo mejor conocidos como Cordon Bleu, los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar son los siguientes:
- Milanesa
- Jamón
- Queso paisa
- Tocineta
- Salsa inglesa
- Salsa de soya
- Ajo
- Sal al gusto
- Mostaza
- Palillos
- Pan rallado
- Huevo
Preparación:
- Lavamos muy bien nuestro pollo y luego en colocamos en un envase y la Condimentamos a nuestro gusto.
Hello my loves, very good morning to all, happy and blessed Thursday, today I want to share with you a rich and delicious homemade recipe step by step, we are going to prepare some chicken rolls better known as Cordon Bleu, the ingredients we will need are the following:
- Milanesa
- Ham
- Paisa cheese
- Bacon
- Worcestershire sauce
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Mustard
- Chopsticks
- Bread crumbs
- Eggs
Preparation:
- We wash our chicken very well and then in we place it in a container and season it to our taste.
Marchamos ajos y se lo añadimos al pollo con un toque de sal, revolvemos para que todo se integre bien.
Extendemos las milanesas en un plato y le colocamos tiras de jamón, queso paisa y tocineta, enrollamos y la ajustamos con un palillo en el centro para que no se abran.
En un plato batiremos un huevo y en otro plato colocaremos el pan rallado.
Tomamos cada milanesa y la pasamos por huevo y luego por el pan rallado.
Add garlic and add it to the chicken with a touch of salt, stir so that everything is well integrated.
Spread the milanesas on a plate and place strips of ham, paisa cheese and bacon, roll up and adjust with a toothpick in the center so that they do not open.
In a plate we beat an egg and in another plate we place the bread crumbs.
Take each milanesa and dip it in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Colocamos un sartén a calentar con aceite y luego que esté bien caliente comenzamos a freír muy bien nuestras piezas de pollo, hasta que se cocinen de lado y lado.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and once it is very hot, start frying our chicken pieces until they are cooked on both sides.
- Cuando estén bien cocidas las sacamos y dejamos escurrir en un plato con toallin.
- When they are well cooked, take them out and let them drain on a plate with a towel.
- Una vez que hayamos preparado nuestra salsa que en este caso es una salsa a base de BBQ, con cilantro, jamón y tomates. Añadimos los enrollados y dejamos cocinar hasta que hierva.
- Once we have prepared our sauce, which in this case is a BBQ sauce, with cilantro, ham and tomatoes. Add the rolls and let it cook until it boils.
De esta manera tendremos unos ricos enrollados de pollo en salsa que vamos a servir acompañado de arroz blanco y plátano frito.
This way we will have some delicious chicken rolls in sauce that we will serve with white rice and fried plantain.
