Hola amigos de esta prestigiosa comunidad, hoy quiero mostrarles uno de los lugares que más me ha cautivado por su impresionante belleza arquitectónica, las cual tuve la dicha de conocer y admirar desde bien cerca.
Se trata de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias que se encuentra en la ciudad de Valencia en España. Es un complejo cultural arquitectónico de estilo neofuturista, que se distingue desde lo lejos y se puede apreciar su belleza sin igual.
Realicé una estadía de trabajo en Valencia por varios meses y desde que llegué me propuse visitar los lugares icónicos de la ciudad, por supuesto éste no podía faltar.

Hello friends of this prestigious community, today I want to show you one of the places that has captivated me the most for its impressive architectural beauty, which I had the joy of knowing and admiring from very close.
It is the City of Arts and Sciences located in the city of Valencia in Spain. It is an architectural cultural complex of neo-futurist style, which is distinguished from afar and you can appreciate its unparalleled beauty.
I was working in Valencia for several months and since I arrived I decided to visit the iconic places of the city, and of course I could not miss this one.

Les comento que los diseñadores principales son Santiago Calatraba y Felix Candela y fue inaugurado en 1998 con el Hemisférico, luego se fueron realizando los demás edificios hasta formar el complejo que es hoy, dónde se encuentra el museo, de ciencias, el planetario, salas de cine y de teatro, y además un enorme acuario.
El principal edificio es el Palacio de las artes Reina Sofía. Es una obra muy vistosa y futurista que se asemeja a un barco. Aquí hay diferentes salas para apreciar y difundir las diversas manifestaciones de arte como la danza, música y teatro.
En el Hemisférico, que es el edificio que tiene forma de un gran ojo, se encuentra el Museo de las Ciencias Príncipe Felipe, aquí se realizan actividades con temas de ciencias, pude participar en un interesante espectáculo sobre el electromagnetismo. También pude ver exposiciones variadas sobre la naturaleza. Además, tiene una gran pantalla donde estaban proyectando documentales variados en 3D, también tienen otras salas, también se pueden ver materiales destinados a los niños.
Otra joya que llama mucho la atención es El Umbracle, que me gustó mucho porque es una zona con forma de un gran pasillo cubierto como si fuera con una sombrilla. Su diseño me recuerda a una columna vertebral, es realmente un invernadero donde existe un ambiente controlado para el crecimiento de plantas tropicales en cualquier época del año, ahí pude ver palmeras que me recordaron mucho a mi tierra amada. Es un jardin muy grande y hermoso, soy amante de la naturaleza por eso disfruto de los lugares donde la vegetación esta presente y bien cuidada.

The main designers are Santiago Calatraba and Felix Candela and it was inaugurated in 1998 with the Hemisférico, then the other buildings were built to form the complex it is today, where you can find the science museum, the planetarium, cinemas and theaters, and also a huge aquarium.
The main building is the Palace of the Arts Reina Sofia. It is a very colorful and futuristic work that resembles a ship. Here there are different halls to appreciate and disseminate the various manifestations of art such as dance, music and theater.
In the Hemispheric, which is the building that is shaped like a big eye, is the Science Museum Príncipe Felipe, here there are activities with science themes, I was able to participate in an interesting show about electromagnetism. I was also able to see various exhibitions about nature. In addition, it has a large screen where they were projecting various documentaries in 3D, it also have materials for children.

Another jewel that attracts a lot of attention is El Umbracle, which I really liked because it is an area in the shape of a large covered corridor as if it were with an umbrella. Its design reminds me of a spine, it is really a greenhouse where there is a controlled environment for the growth of tropical plants at any time of the year, there I could see palm trees that reminded me a lot of my beloved land. It is a very large and beautiful garden, I am a nature lover so I enjoy places where vegetation is present and well cared for.

El lugar que más me llamo la atención es el Oceanográfico porque contiene unos de los mayores acuarios donde se puede apreciar gran diversidad de la fauna marina en un ambiente muy amplio y variado en correspondencia con el hábitat natural de las especies que se encuentran ahí. Hay representación de la fauna de todos los mares, es realmente impresionante. También hay una sección para las aves, con gran variedad de especies.
Les confieso que éste es el lugar más sensible para mí porque no me gusta ver los animales en cautiverio, me gustaría que estuvieran todos en libertad en su hábitat natural.
Es mi deseo que les haya gustado conocer de este bello lugar y si tienes la oportunidad de visitarlo no lo dudes, las horas del día no alcanzan para disfrutar de todo.

The place that most caught my attention is the Oceanográfico because it contains one of the largest aquariums where you can see a great diversity of marine fauna in a very large and varied environment in correspondence with the natural habitat of the species found there. There is representation of the fauna of all the seas, it is really impressive. There is also a section for birds, with a great variety of species.
I confess that this is the most sensitive place for me because I do not like to see the animals in captivity, I would like them all to be free in their natural habitat.
I hope you enjoyed learning about this beautiful place and if you have the opportunity to visit it do not hesitate, the hours of the day are not enough to enjoy everything.

Querida @mayramalu pero que post tan bonito y cargado de tanta experiencia vivida, no conocía el lugar , por supuesto no he salido de Latinoamérica nunca jaja. Es una pasada está joya que nos muestras 👌❤️
