Make cakes from super delicious cassava snacks breaking the fast

Assalamualaikum wr wb?
Hello everything, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are.

Well today I want to show a way and how to make cakes from cassava fruit, this cassava fruit is the result of my mother's garden so I will make a cake easily breaking fast snacks, first I have to peel it first then I grate it so it is smooth.

And I have grate all this and I took a little by little to make it dry, because the water that came out would make the cake damaged and therefore I raised it.

I have to put the cassava fruit first because I will make the sugar water first, the sugar is half a kilo part of it and put a little water and I cook until it boils.

After that I took three eggs and I put it in the container and also the sugar then I mixed until the sugar was smooth and the eggs developed white, then I put the cassava that I had pierced into the eggs that I had mixed.

I put a little cooking oil into the container and I mixed again a few minutes.

Because it was smooth and I took the sugar water that I had cooked earlier I also put it into the container.

I took the baking sheet and butter and then I applied it to the entire baking sheet so it wasn't sticky.

Because I finished I put the dough that was ready to the baking sheet that I had applied the butter earlier and I put the baking sheet into the pan and I closed, we will wait for 30 minutes for the cooking cake.

Well this is the result of my cake today, just understand because this is the fasting month so I can't do it specifically, so it's only like this I can take a photo, you should try it at home because it feels very good and sweet, surely you won't be disappointed I am sure you like it.
Thank you very much for stopping by my friend's post.
Thanks you

How convenient it is for you to have cassava! You can just harvest it from your mother's garden. I love cassava delicacies; I grew up eating this when my father was still alive. I hope you didn't get tired grating the cassava; at least, you were rewarded with super yummy cassava cake later on. I love the soft, chewy texture of cassava cake and especially the top part which is a bit toasted or burnt. In my area, cassava cake is a bit expensive maybe because the process of making it is a bit tedious (especially the grating part).
The cake is not burnt mother, but indeed I made it to chocolate, so it's not burnt, it tastes soft and delicious, you should try it, thank you
I mean I like eating the top part if it is a little bit toasted (just my preference) hehe...
Definitely your cake is not burnt. Your cake has nice color on top. You made it perfectly. 🙂
Hehe thank you very much 😊🙏
Salam Ramadhan to you and your family 🙏
