Me dijeron mami hagamos sopita hoy y pues me anime y los quise consentir, así que vamos a ver cómo hicimos está rica sopa de pollo y mazorca de maíz.

Ingredientes:
Una pechuga de pollo completa.
1kg de verduras. Yuca, auyama, óvulo blanco y óvulo chino, plátano verde y 1 mazorca.
Aliños: 1 cebolla, ajíes, perejil, cilantro y apio España, orégano, sal y un cubito de pollo.

Cortamos los aliños pequeños y una olla con un litro agua hirviendo lo agregamos en ella, luego cortamos el pollo e incorporamos en la olla, añadiendo media cucharada de sal, el cubito de pollo y el orégano. Tapamos y dejamos que hierva.

Vamos chequeando que no le falte agua y que este la verdura blanda, al estar la verdura blandita retiramos de la cocina y dejamos reposar unos minutos, no mucho ya que la sopa sirve y come caliente.

When the vegetables are soft, remove from the stove and let it rest for a few minutes, not too long as the soup is served and eaten hot.
