Dreemport sublime staff Challenge day 4/ seventeen stitches _ freewrite
Have you ever asked me why I have a scar on my face?
It was an incident I had when I was a kid. Look closely you would still see the SEVENTEEN STITCHES.
My love for chocolate mug cake is bewildering that I could not even replace it with any food on earth, I savored it without rush, that's the best way to eat chocolate anyway. It is meant to be savored not rushed, but my liking for chocolate docked me into trouble...heheheheh
Everyone was outside celebrating Christmas eve with a different kind of fun, and all the kids were happy in anticipation of Santa, I could not wait to see Santa the next day to collect my gift.
But as everyone was outside, I decided to go inside to have a taste of my chocolate mug cake, instead of calling my mother to help me bring it down from where she placed it, I thought I could reach it and I know if I tell her she might implore me to leave the chocolate mug cake but the unexpected happened.
The table was very high, parked with all sorts of things, knowing fully well that my hand cannot reach there, I decide to climb on a stool. The climb was successful but as I stretch my hand to take the chocolate mug, mistakenly I dragged the linen placed on the table as I was trying to control myself, ...bang!!! I fell on the ground and everything on the table fell on me, I felt the pain all over my body and I felt another bang on my face, I cried out for help because I could not stand up.
You Know how mothers can be so fast when they hear the cry of their child.
With a twinkle of an eye, my mother rushed to see what had happened and saw me in pain and shouted " you should have called me, see what you have done to yourself ‘
That was all I heard and the next time I opened my eyes, I was on the hospital bed with a big bandage on my face.
It's an experience I will never forget. I could not celebrate Christmas with other children but what brought a grin to my face was that my gift was sent to me on my bed and I could feel nothing but the joy of Christmas.
Did I stop craving chocolate mug cake?
Nah, never! It's still my favourite
This is my entry for the @dreemport Challenge, I am team @zonniasparkle
oh dear...hehe...is this a work of fiction or did this really happen to you? cos when I read it I feel like this is autobiographical 😄 If it is, then I'm sure it hurt at the time and was scary but looking back must make you chuckle that your younger self couldn't resist the temptation and that chocolate mug cake would end up being your nemesis😅 If this is a work of fiction, then well done for making 1st person so believable !PIZZA !ALIVE

It is a work of friction. She can be very creative with her imagination. Lol
Hehehehe 😆, the whole story it a fiction just like ma'am zonniasparkle has said.
Kids love chocolate, majority of them so to say, but she's addicted to it already, it's a memory that can never be forgotten easily even with the scar on her face...
Thanks for stopping by.

MY Pleasure to visit :)
I know this is probably fiction, but it seems like it has some realism involved. Well written.
#dreemport
Maybe it probably I love chocolate too, that's why I have to use this...lol.
However, I love chocolate when I was a kid, but this is not my story.....this is a fiction constructed from my own imagination.
Thanks for stopping by.
