My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2022
Hello Actifitters!
Today was an ordinary day. A walk with my dog. Then I walked to a store across town because my mom, the older she gets, the more pretensions she has. So, you see, I'm a good daughter 😉, and I need to walk more, so I went. I bought the special things, and of course I had to cook them because Mom said I'm a better cook than her. I admit that is true, but there is something else behind her words. (a little laziness) 😉😄
I did a short workout this afternoon, but tonight I'll compensate for it with the exercise bike like yesterday.
And these are a few pictures of the little garden in front of our building.
