Hello, Actifitters!

After yesterday's work in the village, today I'm having muscle pain in my legs and glutes. Hmm, I need to think about working the back of my body. 🤔
So I got up and did the obligatory walk of the town with Ira. A couple of stray dogs tried to approach us, but I have a secret for getting them to move a safe distance away. Tomorrow I will take food with me and if they are there again, I will feed them so we can be friends and they won't try to attack my little girl.
When the heat came, we relaxed at home in the cool. Since I forgot my phone at home this morning, I'm posting pictures from a few days ago when I was traveling around the Rhodope Mountains with my boyfriend.

@mariyai36 If you do reverse sit-ups, you will get rid of your pain, you lie face down and only lift and lower the upper part of our body.
