My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

How was your Tuesday?
My day started early. After yesterday's blood tests, I went to get the result this morning. I'm fine! I was a little worried, but thankfully everything is fine. After this good news, I felt an incredible burst of energy. I cleaned the entire house to a sparkle, cooked my boyfriend's most favorite meals, and called some of my friends I hadn't talked to in a while. At noon, I went to bed to get some rest. It was very warm outside, but a slight breeze came in the afternoon and that meant: Time for a walk!
Me, He and She 😉 went to the big park downtown and spent a lot of time there, they walking, me-taking pictures! 📸

The park is on two levels. It is a park in the lower part. Here are the sports fields and playgrounds, in the upper part there are more gardens with flowers, benches and fountains.

Here we are on the small bridge over the river Arda.
