Como manejar el regreso a clases de nuestros hijos a las escuela en tiempos de pandemia.
Hooolaaa mi hermosa comunidad de @motherhood un fuerte abrazo de oso 🐻 para cada mamita y papito que hace vida en esta bella comunidad espero todos se encuentren muy bien hoy el día amanecio con un sol ☀️ brillante y hermoso, pero con un gran calor hoy vine a hablarles de un tema bastante complicado que se maneja acá en mi país el cual es ¡de vuelta a clases!¿ como manejar el regreso a las aulas de clases con covid-19 ?

How to handle the return to classrooms with covid-19?
Yo actualmente soy docente de matemáticas de bachillerato y la verdad es que el tema de volver a las aulas de clases nuevamente es un tema donde todos nos preguntamos que podemos hacer para que los niños estén seguros en el aula de clases y realmente la única solución que tenemos es la aplicación de la vacunación, es por esto que lo más conveniente es que todos a la hora de regresar a clases presenciales estemos vacunados ya que la vacuna es nuestra única protección es por esto que toda persona mayor de 12 años debe estar vacunada, sin embargo acá en Venezuela aún no hay vacunas para menores de 18 años es por esto que todos debemos de seguir y extremar nuestro proceso de bioseguridad con el uso de tapabocas , distanciamiento y establecer nuevas rutinas en las escuelas con referencia a cumplir esa normativa porque para nadie es un secreto que el uso de tapabocas es un poco engorroso y más acá en mi ciudad que hace bastante calor y para los niños esto será un proceso nuevo el cual hay que manejar con rutinas para que se acostumbren.
Es importante tener claro que el hecho de estar vacunado no significa que no vamos a desarrollar la enfermedad sino que si llegamos a contraerla los síntomas van a ser menores y muy probablemente las complicaciones desencadenadas de la enfermedad por supuesto todo dependerá del organismo de cada persona en su sistema inmunológico de la presencia del virus.
I am currently a high school math teacher and the truth is that the issue of going back to classrooms again is a topic where we all wonder what we can do to make children safe in the classroom and really the only solution that We have is the application of vaccination, this is why it is most convenient for everyone to be vaccinated when returning to face-to-face classes since the vaccine is our only protection that is why everyone over 12 years of age must be vaccinated, However, here in Venezuela there are still no vaccines for children under 18 years of age, which is why we must all follow and maximize our biosafety process with the use of masks, distancing ourselves and establishing new routines in schools with reference to complying with these regulations because to Nobody is a secret that the use of masks is a bit cumbersome and more here in my city that is quite hot and for the children this will be a new process which has to be e drive with routines so they get used to it.
It is important to be clear that the fact of being vaccinated does not mean that we are not going to develop the disease but that if we do contract it the symptoms will be less and most likely the complications triggered by the disease of course everything will depend on the organism of each person in your immune system from the presence of the virus.
La mascarilla mis queridas mamis y papis debe cumplirlas todas las personas mayores de dos años cubriendo su nariz, mentón y boca es la única herramienta que tenemos para disminuir la propagación del virus y más si nuestros pequeños van asistir a clases sin tener la protección de la vacuna.
The mask my dear moms and dads must comply with all people over two years of age, covering their nose, chin and mouth is the only tool we have to reduce the spread of the virus and more if our little ones go to classes without having the protection of the vaccine.
Mientras estemos en el aula de clases lo más recomendable es tener grupos pequeños para que los niños puedan cumplir con un distanciamiento correcto y las actividades como cantar, tocar un instrumento o realizar ejercicios que son actividades que les gusta mucho a los niños las realicemos en un espacio abierto al aire libre con su debido distanciamiento y tapabocas, si estamos en el aula escolar las puertas y ventanas deben permanecer abiertas para que la fluidez de aire mantenga la zona aireada y así reduzca la zona de contactos es decir no tendremos que tener contacto a cada momento de abrir y cerrar la puerta.
También es recomendable usar ventilación con ventiladores ubicados en lugares estratégicamente para que se mantenga la zonas aireada y así favorezca la circulación del aire.
While we are in the classroom, it is best to have small groups so that the children can comply with a correct distancing and activities such as singing, playing an instrument or doing exercises that are activities that children like a lot, we do them in a open space in the open air with its proper distance and mask, if we are in the school classroom, the doors and windows must remain open so that the flow of air keeps the area aerated and thus reduces the contact area, that is, we will not have to have contact with every moment of opening and closing the door.
It is also advisable to use ventilation with fans located in strategic places to keep the areas aired and thus promote air circulation.
Asi que mis mamis y papis nunca sabremos a simple vista quien está contagiado y quien no por tal motivo es mejor siempre usar las medidas de bioseguridad y si nuestros niños manifiestan algún síntoma lo ideal es acudir a su pediatra quien nos guiará los pasos a seguir.
So my moms and dads we will never know at first glance who is infected and who is not, for this reason it is always better to use biosecurity measures and if our children show any symptoms, the ideal is to go to their pediatrician who will guide us the steps to follow.
