Sin duda, es una opción fácil y rápida de hacer, en menos de 1 hora te aseguro que obtendrás este suculento plato.

🟡Ingredientes a utilizar:
Pasta (larga).
Carne molida.
Tomate.
Cebolla.
Pimentón.
Orégano.
Sal.
Cubito, ( opcional sabroseador).
Queso blanco, (Opcional).
🟡Procedimiento:
Picamos la cebolla, tomate y pimentón por la mitad.
Luego agregamos las verduras antes mencionadas a una olla con un poco de agua y ponemos a hervir, seguidamente condimentamos, yo usé sal, orégano y un cubito.
Dejamos enfriar, y con ayuda de una licuadora mezclamos las verduras.
En otra olla agregamos las verduras licuadas, ya en este punto se le agrega la carne molida, dejamos cocinar durante 18 minutos y obtendremos una deliciosa salsa para pasta.
Cómo pudieron notar, usé pocos ingredientes que sé que tendrán disponibles en sus hogares.
Para la Pasta:
Colacamos suficiente agua a hervir, cuando esté burbujeando incorporamos sal y añadimos la pasta, al rededor de 8 minutos estará lista para el consumo.
Queso blanco, rallamos.🧀
Proseguimos a armar el platillo.🍽️👩🏾🍳🍝
Cómo base colocamos la pasta, luego la salsa de pasta, damos el toque con el queso rallado y por último y no menos importante, agregamos la mayonesa.
