Les comparto mi almuerzo Gourmet Exquisito Nutritivo con pescado corvina de producción nacional Venezolana además que el consumo de la carne de pescado en mi región Zuliana en mi país Venezuela es tradicional prepare Filet de Pescado al Ajillo lleno de proteínas, vitaminas y minerales, elabore esta maravillosa receta con sazón resaltante después de la condimentación lo marine en agua de fácula de maíz y con base al ajo mucho sabor ajo sofrito en aceite de oliva con cebolla , pimentón que contribuye a sabor y colorido especies naturales que resalta sabor a la carne de pescado al sellarlo y su cocción ; este plato contiene un alto valor nutricional y el omega 3 que nos ayuda a mejorar vuestra salud , quedo con un sabor especial de comida asiática para comer con sabor , saludable y dietético lo puedes preparar en casa.

Ingredientes :

• 1 Kilo de Filet de pescado Corvina.
• 4 Onzas de aceite de oliva
• 6 Dientes de ajo
• 2 Cucharadas de fécula de maíz disuelta en agua en 1-1/2 onza de agua .
• 1 cebolla morada, pimentón rojo, perejil.
• Vinagre de manzana cantidad necesaria.
• Sal y pimienta, perejil seco, tomillo. ajo molido y paprika.

Preparación / Preparation:

• Eliminamos las cascaras de los ajos y los cortamos en varias tajadas. Eliminamos cascaras de cebolla y semillas del pimentón, además cortamos el perejil en trocitos y los enjuagamos reservamos.

• Vertemos aceite de oliva en un recipiente lo llevamos a la estufa y añadimos los ajos cortados, cebolla sofreímos y vertemos los filetes de pescados previamente sazonados sellamos le añadimos los vegetales pimentón y perejil probamos para verificar la sazón.

• Cocinamos unos 6 minutos el pescado al ajillo aproximadamente y retiramos del fuego para servir.
