ingredients:
Tuna: 1 can
Pasta: ۲۰۰-300 g
Mushrooms: 200 grams
Butter: 1 tbsp
Salt and black pepper, garlic powder: as needed
Olive oil: 1 or 2 tablespoons
Ingredients for pasta sauce
Cream: 1 cup
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Parmesan cheese
Butter: 1-2 tablespoons
Milk: 1/4 cup
Olives and cherry tomatoes for design
How to prepare:
To make this pasta, first fill a pot with water and let it boil.
When the water boils, add some salt and oil to the water.
Then pour the pasta into the water and let it boil for about 10-15 minutes.
Because pasta is not brewed in this food, it should be cooked well and softened enough.
Of course, be careful not to crush the pasta as it will spoil the appearance of the food.

When the pasta is cooked, pour it into a strainer and put cold water on it to wash away the excess starch and remove its stickiness.
Set the cooked pasta aside to cool.
To prepare the mushrooms, we eat them as much as we like and fry them with butter, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix the cream with the milk to dilute a little
In a pan, melt the butter over low heat.
When the butter is melted, pour the garlic into the pan and fry for a few seconds.
At this stage, you can add diluted cream to it and stir for 5 minutes until the cream is completely mixed with garlic.
Stir the mixture frequently so that the cream does not burn.
After 5 minutes you can add Parmesan cheese to the cream,
Note that after adding the cheese, you have to stir the sauce very quickly.
The sauce prepared in this way is thick, and if you want the Alfredo sauce to be a little thinner, you can add about 2 cups of milk to the above ingredients.
In fact, the amount of milk you add to the sauce determines its concentration, and as a result, the higher the concentration of the pasta.
Then add the mushrooms to the sauce and at the end add the pasta to the ingredients and mix a little.
Boil the fish for 20 minutes to make sure they are healthy.
After boiling the tuna, remove the oil and mix it with olive oil and set aside.
Now add the tuna to the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Stir the ingredients gently so that they are not crushed.
Use Parmesan cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes for the design
