Early knock off today at work, which meant I was home by lunchtime.
Got a strength session in at the local gym, with bit of a back attack today. Started getting deadlifts back into the routine, to help build some stronger legs that’ll hopefully be more durable as I build up the running kilometres.
Got the hard work done, now time to enjoy the cracking weather Big Yellow’s been putting on 🤙
any luck getting strava and strava2hive set up not sure if it will work on the iphone
