My activities on the moonlit night before Eid.

How are you all, I hope you are all well. I'm fine too, by the grace of God, I hope everyone had a nice Eid. Alhamdulilah I also celebrated Eid day well. Today I came to you with another post. Today I will share with you some moments of the moonlit night.

Shortly after the moon rises, the joy of Eid begins in every home. Yesterday, after iftar and prayer, I went to the terrace and looked for the moon. This year the moon was clearly visible in the sky. For the last two years I could not see the Eid moon probably due to cloud cover. From childhood to today, I love the moment of seeing the Eid moon the most. I try to see the month of Eid every year. It's really nice to see that so clearly this year. I took some photos of the moon. Actually, the phone's camera wasn't that good, so the picture wasn't good. But I think I captured it pretty well.

After the moon is seen, the sky is filled with the sound of fireworks. We watched from the windows and balconies as various types of betels were shot all over the sky. Even if it is not right to do these things, even if they are not, it does not create a festive atmosphere. I sat there for about an hour watching the bet jump all over the place. I tried to catch a few. I have seen many rockets fill the whole sky with red color after rising into the sky. In its light, the whole area becomes bright. But those are not words. It was nice to see the bets.

Then I sat with my younger brother, sister and cousins to give mehndi. Basically we used two mehndi, one is Kaveri and the other is Neha. I give no other henna than Kaveri. Because this Mehndi has a natural feel. Neha was brought mainly for the little ones.

Here I have written Eid Mubarak to my younger brother. I gave it to him first. He said they give designs, then I said girls give designs and boys don't. Then I just sent him Eid Mubarak. After some time he came back and said that he should also write in Bengali. Then I applied henna on both hands of my younger sister. As soon as the henna was placed on her hand, it rang as if it were eleven o'clock. Amid the mehndi, we all ate haleem.

Around midnight I put the henna on my hands. In reality henna artists have to pay in the end. However, this time I didn't have to apply too much henna. The pain decreases. I have given these two designs below. Whenever my Mejo Kaki or Chhota Kaki gave mehndi on right hand. Because it is not possible to donate with the left hand. But this year, none of them were at home. My youngest aunt went to London last year and is now living there, while my youngest aunt is at her father's house. For these reasons, the canoe was not given to me by other hands.

It was a flamboyant celebration but I'm worried how animals reacted when they hear fireworks. My dogs would be shaking of they were there. They are traumatized when fireworks during New Year was not prohibited.

It is quite a sad affair. We are responsible for this degradation of society.😔😔
