Weekends will always be the kings of all days. They are the days where we feel free to do anything that routine and work would prevent us from doing; so anything goes, even staying up late at night and abusing a little of the time we spend awake at night.

As a family we always try to share a few drinks; eventually, to relax and clear the mind, then we will always have the perfect excuse: that we deserve to disconnect from work and precisely we strive in it to get a little freedom to enjoy even these days.

I used to feel frustrated because I slept well or slept badly, I had dark circles under my eyes; however, there comes a time in life when you stop caring about aesthetics and you give more value to live new experiences and treasure more moments with your family. Of course, this only happens knowing that the next day I won't wake up early and that's why I do it.

I'm the sleepyhead of the house and when I don't have to work the next day I take advantage of the fact that I'll usually wake up at 8 a.m. While my husband and his son can sleep in at any time, they'll still wake up as fresh as a daisy at 6:00 a.m. in the morning.

Pictured is my favorite sleeping position. I will always admire people who have the will to get up early, I hope that when I grow up I will become as brave as them 🤭.

I'm already longing for my Christmas vacations to get some extra sleep. 😴
