同事离职
时间过得真快，一晃就十多天过去了，冷不丁的已经上了十一天班了。跟我交接的人做完今天就不做了，下午她拿着离职单给经理，经理不同意签字，说她交接时间太短…
同事说她还没过试用期，按理提前三天提出离职就能走，说她不想做那种不负责任的人，所以带了我十一天。经理一听这话不太乐意了，经理说：“你来的时候，我们也并没有把你当试用期的员工看待，该给的福利都是按照正常职员给的。我只是希望你能把她带到像你的上一任带你那样的熟练…”
经理继续补充说，你的离职单是交过来有20天了，但是我并没有批呀，你再带她一周…同事满脸通红的看着经理说，她没有办法再等一周，说她已经找到了工作，明天就会去报道，没办法推迟！经理听到这个话很是恼火，说他不会批，至于同事找到工作那是自己的选择。
同事一直站在经理的旁边等待经理签字，过了一会，经理把我喊过去了，问我交接的怎么样？我说没啥大问题，经理问我这几天有没有自己操作，我说这一周都是我自己在操作，同事偶尔会指点我一下。经理说这几天我有没有犯错，我说这两天没有犯错，经理这才松了口气把同事的离职单签了。
拿到签完字的离职单后，同事心里是非常感激我的，因为只要我说了一个“不”字，经理不会给她签字的。其实这十多天同事也确实是尽职尽责的在带我，差不多我都掌握了，只是熟练程度还有待提高，那得靠以后的经验积累了。其实我也挺想她能再带我一周，但我知道她的心已经不在这了，她盼望着赶紧离开，所以也并不想阻止她什么，只希望她以后工作顺利，事事顺心！！！
