My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2024

I rested around the house and did some cleaning and disc golf putting practice. Doggie and I went for the usual short walk as well.

I thought about heading out and doing something else, but my back was hurting a bit. It has been bothering me a little for the last few days, so I thought it was better not to keep exersizing.

This photo was taken on yesterday's disc golf round:

There is a dangerous roll away potential on this hole. Sometimes, the perfect second throw will land up by the basket, hit a root, and roll down the hill. It is far enough away that the drive from the tee usually comes up short or hyzers into the woods if you attempt to get up close to the basket. The best play for me is to go straight up the field from the tee pad and try to avoid going out of bounds to the right. This leaves a good line for the second throw to get close to the basket without as much roll away risk. It is an uphill over four hundred foot throw to the basket from the tee.

Rest time is sometimes very necessary, sometimes we ignore it, after a day of activities kati forget that the body also needs rest my brother, hopefully soon heal my brother so that I can see you playing golf discs again.

As soon as it feels a little bad that you have back pain I think you should consult a doctor because any small thing can turn into something big.

Right now the back pain is not so bad that it conflicts with my game all that much. I want to be in top shape but I am frequently bothered by some type of issue. I do think that staying active is a good thing to do though.

Is it difficult to insert a disc in a sloping place like this?

You prefer sloping like this, do you prefer flat ground??

Landing a disc on a sloping area like this is challenging. Flat ground is a lot easier but I like playing holes with a lot of variation in height. If you can par this hole, you usually play ahead of the competition.

You should know all work no rest makes you an unhealthy player. You don't need a preacher to tell you to rest after all the stress in training... Please man just take some days off for quality rest
