My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2022
I played three rounds of disc golf today. On all three of the rounds, I scored a +3. My elbow is a bit tender but otherwise, I'm feeling tired but good. I think I will take it a bit easy tomorrow and try not to play as much.
My son was playing with me in the evening and he won with a score of -2. He has been playing well recently.
I feel like I'm getting a few of my previous forehand skills back again. I'm trying to avoid too many "tips" for correcting the remaining problems. I think it is better not to change too much right now and just get a bit more practice in with the way things are. I've been doing a lot of forehand throwing and might shift away from that for a bit until my elbow feels better.

To be honest I have never tasted the world of golf, I really want to hit the ball.
Actually, I've never played ball golf either except out on the driving range. I'm playing disc golf which is very close to ball golf but less expensive. You play it by throwing discs instead of hitting balls.
That's very much the difference, playing golf is very relaxed, sometimes I play golf on android. :)
That an entirely different type of game. :) Lately I've been playing "Disc Golf Valley" on Android. It's kind of fun.
True but this year there is a new golf game, there you can find crypto if you get good grades, android crypto golf.

My son usually wins unless I'm having a particularly good round and he is not. It is just fun being out there and playing with each other even if the scores are not so good. The software on the phone is very convenient and does a variety of different things.

He is so good at disc golf that many people think he could be a successful pro disc golfer if he wanted. He has other plans though.
3 rounds is beastly.. I played one today and it kicked my ass
I think I overdid it a bit yesterday. I'm resting my arm today and hopefully will be back out on the course again tomorrow.
