Very slow

There are so many ways to express whether you're really sad, upset, elated, or happy, because people have a wide range of language to communicate—from sarcasm to jokes—and they can use exaggerated words, like when you're moving really slowly, are always late, or take a long time to do something that definitely annoys the person waiting for you—and when you finally show up, they’re told it took you like three thousand days to show up because it’s already a bad habit and you’re used to always doing the same thing, which is repetitive behavior.

The phrase sounds like an exaggeration, but it applies precisely to those situations where you take forever to show up or get something done without a valid reason, even if you have a thousand excuses. There are many such phrases for every occasion or situation, and even though they sometimes seem like a joke, they’re actually serious when people say them to you—to let you know how uncomfortable they are with your negative attitude that affects others. It’s like when people confuse punctuality with being overly stressed because they demand that you arrive or follow through on time, just to avoid acknowledging that they’re disrespecting others. There are times for jokes and times to be serious, and this is something people confuse because some want to live in a constant party and criticize those who are more responsible by taking the important things seriously.

There’s a time and place for everything; you just have to know how to keep your personal, social, and professional lives separate. It’s pretty complicated because that’s just how people are, and since everyone thinks differently, everyone believes that what they’re doing is right.
