Mi amanecer de todos los lunes
Hoy lunes 22 de junio, cuarto lunes del mes, este día solo me da un motivo para agradecer, agradezco por eso y por mucho más, porque llegué, porque estoy aquí, porque respiro, doy gracias al universo y a mi vida cuántica por todo, por mi hogar, por mis hijas y por mi esposa, y por supuesto por mi familia y familiares y amigos.
Arranco mi día como siempre, simplemente feliz por todo lo que me pasa yo soy dueño de mí decisiones de mis aciertos y desaciertos, no todo es color de rosas como dicen por allí, y de pana ese color es como triste no sé por qué las cosas buenas lo asocian con ese color en fin, me salí un poco de la conversación, hoy tengo muchas oportunidades y lo mejor de todo es que tengo las herramientas necesarias para aprovechar al máximo todas esas o la mayoría de esas oportunidades.
La energía que me da el amanecer cuando salgo hacer deporte es lo que marca el ritmo de lo que viene, se y lo digo con propiedad la gente suele ver los lunes con pesadez, pero la realidad es que cada quien decide con qué mentalidad levantarse de la cama, las metas no se cumplen esperando a que el tiempo pase como le he dicho se construyen con las decisiones que tomamos desde temprano.
A veces o mejor dicho casi siempre el camino se pone cuesta arriba, pero es la constancia lo que hace la diferencia, compartir estas palabras es una forma de recordar que el esfuerzo diario cuenta, además la clave está en limpiar la mente de dudas y enfocarse en lo que uno sí puede controlar, las ganas de salir adelante y el trabajo duro.
No hace falta que las condiciones sean perfectas para empezar a moverse, por cierto nada es perfecto, el momento de actuar siempre es el presente ese segundo que decides porque hay que mirarse al espejo, respirar profundo y salir a dar la mejor de lo mejor posible sin buscar excusas, que esa jornada de hoy sirva para dar ese paso importante que se viene dejando para el próximo día.
Solo tienes que hacer lo posible para qué sea una jornada productiva, llena de enfoque y buenos resultados para todos, al final del día, la satisfacción de haberlo intentado es lo que realmente vale la pena.
Feliz y bendecido lunes motivacional para toda la comunidad, vamos a echarle pichón con el corazón lleno de fe.
Yo solo deseo para ti que me lees, que el universo les multiplique en salud y bendiciones cada paso que den este lunes motivacional.

My Monday Morning Sunrise
Today, Monday, June 22nd, the fourth Monday of the month, this day gives me just one reason to be grateful. I am grateful for that and for so much more, because I made it, because I am here, because I breathe. I thank the universe and my quantum life for everything, for my home, for my daughters, and for my wife, and of course, for my family, relatives, and friends.
I start my day as always, simply happy for everything that happens to me. I am the owner of my decisions, my successes, and my mistakes. Not everything is rosy, as they say out there, and honestly, that color feels a bit sad; I don't know why good things are associated with it. Anyway, I got a bit off-topic. Today I have many opportunities, and best of all, I have the necessary tools to make the most of all or most of those opportunities.
The energy that the sunrise gives me when I go out to do sports is what sets the tone for what is to come. I know, and I say it with certainty, that people usually see Mondays with heaviness, but the reality is that everyone decides with what mindset to get out of bed. Goals are not achieved by waiting for time to pass; as I have said, they are built with the decisions we make early on.
Sometimes, or rather almost always, the road gets uphill, but consistency is what makes the difference. Sharing these words is a way to remind ourselves that daily effort counts. Furthermore, the key lies in clearing the mind of doubts and focusing on what one can control: the desire to move forward and hard work.
Conditions do not need to be perfect to start moving—by the way, nothing is perfect. The time to act is always the present, that very second you make a choice, because you have to look in the mirror, take a deep breath, and go out to give the absolute best possible without looking for excuses. May today's journey serve to take that important step that has been left for the next day.
You just have to do your best to make it a productive day, full of focus and good results for everyone. At the end of the day, the satisfaction of having tried is what is truly worth it.
