Experimenting 4 Levels of a Healthy Burger
Hello hivers! Hello food lovers. Today, I feel so bored but I'm so hungry so I decided to make something new. I love burgers very much but if I buy one that would be very expensive for the four of us so I'm trying to convince myself to make it. If I'm going to follow the famous burgers ingredients must be expensive too so I decided to make my own version of healthy burger. The ingredients is just around my kitchen. No need to buy new ingredients. Of what is available in my kitchen, let's experiment it.
These are the ingredients needed:
Take note: this is my own recipe you can make your own out from the imagination of your mind to experiment blends of flavors.
Loaves of bread
Mayonnaise 1 sachet
Avocado 1 small piece
Cabbage 1/4 kilo
Egg 1 piece
Tomato 2 pieces
Onion 1 head
Biko small amount
So let's start the making!
First grab one bread and spread egg on it. It's not necessary to cover all the parts of it but as long as it has dipped especially in the center. Then fry both sides in just 10-15 seconds on a medium heat. Do not over Cook or else it turns black.
Then fry the onions, tomatoes and cabbages in just 1 minute or less. Onions must be white but I don't have one so I use the red one. Tomatoes are also main ingredients of famous burgers. I don't have lettuce so instead I used cabbage.
Cut the avocado and remove the big seed. Get all the fruit and put into a glass and add sugar. Smash it until it turns into a puree.
Flatten the Biko, this is a special ingredients here. I just bought it online and it is made from a sticky rice sugar and coconut milk.
Here I use ladies choice mayonnaise a famous bend of mayonnaise in town. It is also good for burgers or sandwiches.

Oh my, that burger looks creatively yummy 😋.. You used what you had in the kitchen to make something unique.. I've also tried making my own version of burgers when I was too lazy to buy one.. It's fun experimenting flavors, right? 😁I can't imagine the biko and avocado combo, peculiar but I'll definitely try adding those next time.. Thanks for sharing your recipe..❣️
It was fun. I really thought it was impossible to mix flavors the sweet and salty but it hits good flavors. Cabbage in a burger was also good but I wanna try next time steamed if it's better. Fried one is more oily
