Nice family time over Thai BBQ lunch.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My daughter relocated back to Chiang Mai province for work, my daughter moved to work in another province by herself, leaving the Chiang Mai province where we used to live. She started her new job 2 months ago and is currently on probation. Due to a heavy workload, she has to work overtime occasionally and rarely takes any time off. Even though my daughter moved back to the same district in Chiang Mai, but we live in different sub-districts, so my wife, our granddaughter, and I only get to see her once in a while. On my daughter's day off, if she has the energy, we make plans to go sightseeing or share a meal. Since my daughter was off work this time, so we planned a lunch together at a restaurant. Only my autistic son couldn't join us, as he is not yet able to eat out. We timed it for a day when he was away at his school for children with special needs. But this time, we have two choices for lunch : pizza, which my granddaughter wants to eat and Thai BBQ, which my daughter wants. We finally settled on Thai BBQ. Although our district has plenty of Thai BBQ restaurants, the lunch options are limited, and we’ve been to them way too many times. We want a change of scenery, so we’re heading to a neighboring district where one Thai BBQ restaurant opens early at 11:00 AM. Our journey to this Thai BBQ restaurant in another district takes us along both main road and rural roads. Although it is quite far, it is completely worth it for the chance to enjoy the rustic scenery of the different places we pass through. And these are the atmosphere of our journey.

While the 11:00 AM opening perfectly matches our schedule, the real highlights and main reasons of this Thai BBQ buffet restaurant are the extensive variety of ingredients and the scenic dining experience, completely surrounded by rice fields that offer an authentic rustic charm.
