Introduce myself : The story of my life

🖊️ Hello everyone. This post is the first post I wrote on ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY. I am from thailand Born in Bangkok and currently relocating to live in the northern part of Thailand, a rural district in Chiang Mai province. This district is called Fang District. The area surrounding Fang District Adjacent to Chai Prakan District, Mae Ai District and Burma (with high mountains separating it, not trading and tourism). My writing style is life story.

🖊️ Scenery in Fang District There will be no tall buildings There are only one-story houses, orchards, forests, mountains, trees, fields. In the area in Fang District, most of the population farmer. Farming, planting rice, longan orchard, lychee orchard, mango orchard, etc. In addition, planting all kinds of vegetables for sale. It is a fertile and quiet district.

🖊️ Currently, I move to live in a village where my wife and mother lives, named Pa Ngew Village. The origin of the name of this village because there are 2 Bombax ceiba trees. L. or Silk cotton tree or Thai people call Bombax ceiba trees. L. or Silk cotton tree. That Ngew tree. Bombax ceiba trees. L. (Ngew tree) over 100 years old, who planted it, no one knows. It is the symbol of the village and the village name.

🖊️ Bombax ceiba trees. L. (Ngew tree) in the village is useful to make money for people in the village. Its flowers can be picked up and sold. 🖊️ Today I would like to introduce 2 northern Thai food menus and it is my favorite food. The first menu is Rice vermicelli with northern thai pork curry, Thai people call Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiaw and Northern style curried noodle with Chicken, Thai people call Khao Soi Kai. Delicious taste, suitable for food lovers, noodle style.

🖊️ I currently live with my wife, son, wife's mother and niece. Occupation: Driving a van to take students from home to school in the morning and from school to home in the evening.

🖊️สวัสดีเพื่อนๆ ทุกคนครับ โพสต์นี้เป็นโพสต์แรก ที่ผมเขียนบน ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY ผมมาจากประเทศไทย เกิดที่กรุงเทพฯ และปัจจุบันย้ายไปอาศัยอยู่ที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นเขตชนบทในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อำเภอนี้เรียกว่าอำเภอฝาง พื้นที่โดยรอบอำเภอฝาง ติดกับอำเภอไชยปราการ อำเภอแม่อาย และประเทศพม่า (มีภูเขาสูงแยกจากกัน, ไม่มีการค้าขายและการท่องเที่ยว) สไตล์การเขียนของผม คือ เรื่องราวชีวิต

🖊️ ทิวทัศน์ในอำเภอฝาง จะไม่มีตึกสูง มีแต่บ้านชั้นเดียว มีสวนผลไม้ ป่าไม้ ภูเขา ต้นไม้ ทุ่งนา ในพื้นที่อำเภอฝาง ประชากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวนา ทำนา ปลูกข้าว สวนลำไย สวนลิ้นจี่ สวนมะม่วง ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ ปลูกผักขายได้ทุกชนิด เป็นย่านที่อุดมสมบูรณ์และเงียบสงบ

🖊️ ปัจจุบันผมย้ายไปอาศัยอยู่ใน หมู่บ้านที่ภรรยาและแม่ของผมอาศัยอยู่ ชื่อหมู่บ้านป่างิ้ว ที่มาของชื่อหมู่บ้านนี้ เพราะมีต้นงิ้ว 2 ต้นนั้นเอง ต้นงิ้ว 2 ต้นนี้ อายุมากกว่า 100 ปี ใครปลูกไม่มีใครรู้ เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของหมู่บ้านและชื่อหมู่บ้านแห่งนี้

🖊️ ต้นงิ้วในหมู่บ้าน มีประโยชน์ ในการสร้างรายได้ ให้คนในหมู่บ้าน. สามารถเก็บดอกงิ้วไปขายได้ ในช่วงฤดูหนาว ประมาณเดือนธันวาคม-มกราคม ดอกไม้ของต้นงิ้ว จะร่วงหล่นลงพื้นและหยิบขึ้นมาขายได้ ดอกไม้ของต้นงิ้วสามารถ นำมาประกอบอาหารได้ เป็นวัตถุดิบของขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว นั้นเองครับ

🖊️ วันนี้ผมขอมาแนะนำ 2 เมนูอาหารไทยภาคเหนือ ของโปรดของผมเลย เมนูแรกเป็น ขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว กับ ข้าวซอยไก่ รสชาติอร่อย เหมาะกับคนชอบกินอาหาร สไตล์เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวเลยครับ

🖊️ ปัจจุบันผมอาศัยอยู่กับภรรยา ลูกชาย แม่และหลานสาวของภรรยา อาชีพของผมขับรถตู้รับนักเรียน จากบ้านไปโรงเรียนในตอนเช้า และจากโรงเรียนไปที่บ้านในตอนเย็น นั่นเองครับ

🖊️ ถ้าผมมีเวลาว่าง จะปลูกผักแลพผลไม้ ไว้กินเอง โดยเป็นผักและผลไม้ปลอดสารพิษ เพื่อสุขภาพของตนเองและครอบครัว และเลี้ยงไก่สองสามตัว นี้เป็นเรื่องราวสั้นๆ ในชีวิตของผม มาแนะนำตัวในโพสต์แรกของวันนี้ครับ
