In this post, my wife is still picked vegetables from the home garden, Freshly picked by her, beautifully cooked by my wife. There is nothing better than backyard chemical free vegetables turned into a delicious home-cooked dish. For this dish, she prepared noodle clear soup topped with minced pork, pork meatballs and a mix of green vegetables from the garden. First off, let's take a look at the garden-fresh vegetables my wife picked and used for this dish, Let’s take a look at what vegetables my wife’ve got : Ivy gourd, Water spinach, Chili-like local vegetable and Culantro.

Ingredients for Noodle Clear Soup this time.

Yellow noodles
Minced pork
Pork meatballs
Ivy gourd
Chili-like local vegetable
Water spinach
Culantro
White onion
Papaya
Pork flavour seasoning powder
Palm sugar
Seasoning sauce
Water

How to cook Noodle Clear Soup : Put a pot on the stove, add water in this pot and boil water in the pot, then season with the pork flavour seasoning powder, palm sugar, and seasoning sauce. Add the papaya and white onion and boil for a while.

Then add the minced pork and pork meatballs to the pot and boil until cooked.

Then add all the vegetables to the pot, boil until they are cooked, and turn off the heat.

Finally, put another pot on the stove. Add water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Then add the yellow noodles and blanch them until cooked.

It's finished, noodle clear soup topped with minced pork, pork meatballs and a mix of green vegetables.
