Today my wife cooked stir fried chicken with ginger and black jelly fungus for me and her. We went to buy food ingredients from Lotus yesterday. And black jelly fungus is on sale. So we bought black jelly fungus on sale from Lotus. When the wife has black jelly fungus to cook, she wants to cook stir fried chicken with ginger and black jelly fungus. 1. Chicken
2. Chicken offal
3. Ginger
4. Black jelly fungus
5. Chili
6. Sugar
7. Soy sauce

✍️ How to cook stir fried chicken with ginger and black jelly fungus, cooked by my wife.

Step 1 Stir-fry chili with water in a pan.

Step 2 Stir-fry the chicken and chicken offal with chili in a pan until the chicken and chicken giblets are cooked. And season with soy sauce and sugar.

Step 3 Put the black jelly fungus and ginger in a pan and stir-fry them together with all the food ingredients previously until the ginger is tender. Turn off gas stove, done for stir fried chicken with ginger and black jelly fungus.
