A day of simple life caring for my autistic son at home and eating simple meals from the vegetables and fruits in the home garden.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Another day went by where my wife and I did nothing but care for my autistic son on a day he wasn't at school. The special education school for my autistic son reopens on Monday. So we were able to go out after dropping our son off at school. Therefore today felt just like our simple daily life of the past few days, with only the food being different. For our breakfast today is homemade flavored fresh cow's milk, my wife made this delicious and healthy drink using fresh cow's milk flavored with honey, vanilla and sugar yesterday, which I shared this drink with everyone in my post yesterday. We enjoyed it with some toast.

For lunch and dinner, my wife cooks noodles just once in the late morning, and we eat them for both lunch and dinner. Noodle dish this time, we still focus on healthy and digestion-friendly ingredients, most of the vegetables are sourced from our home garden. Of course they are chemical-free vegetables. The only vegetable for this dish we bought from the supermarket was the carrots. Because even though I tried to grow carrots many times, but it failed. Once our son was asleep from the effects of the medicine he'd taken, my wife and I quickly went to harvest some vegetables from the home garden together. This time, we picked only a little number of each vegetables to use as ingredients.

Our fresh ingredients home garden for noodle this time. Mustard greens, I plant mustard greens in many plastic baskets, but this time we picked mustard greens from just one plastic basket.

Papaya, I didn't grow winter melon. So we harvested papaya instead of winter melon.

Ivy gourd by the fence, I didn’t plant them in this area, they just grew here naturally. And these Ivy gourd are also an ingredient for today's noodles.

Chayote growing by the fence, I planted chayote in the home garden a long time ago, they are in a different area from ivy gourd. This time, we used chayote leaves as an ingredient in our noodle too. We also have spring onions and celery from our garden.

For this noodle soup, my wife made the soup using water, instant noodle flavour seasoning powder, sugar and seasoning sauce. Apart from the papaya and all vegetables, we added pork balls, fish balls and chicken to ingredients this time.

Finally in the afternoon, we took our autistic son to the sub-district health promoting hospital. We had him receive a female hormone injection here to help reduce his aggressive and self-injurious behaviors. This time my wife drove to the sub-district health promoting hospital and I took care of our autistic son in the back seat.

These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗

You've done well to take care of our son. It's good to see that. And sourcing your food ingredients just naturally. It's nice.
