In this segment of photos I like to show you what our country of Australia has to offer you in regards to our main and famous landmark icons and this is in relations to the @friendlymoose contest @pobphotoconest show me your country.

Our main feature and the most visited in our country of Australia, I would have to say is within the Sydney Harbor waters where you will find two of our most visited icon landmarks one been the Sydney Opera House and the other been the Sydney Harbor Bridge and over the other side of Australia is our notorious Kimberly Rangers in Western Australia.

The Sydney Opera House is still very much admired by the world people and is still one of our most visited landmarks on our Sydney Harbor Waters the Sydney Opera House which was designed by a Danish architect Jørn Utzon, it commenced building in 1958 and was opened in 1978 as multi-venue performing arts center it took 20 years to complete and today is still one of the most elegant glass building in the world.

The Sydney Harbor Bridge is our second icon on our Sydney Harbor Waters, it opened up in March 1932 and just celebrated it's 90th birthday since the opening the bridge, it was built to connect the western suburbs to the northern suburbs a estimated of 40,000 tones of steel and six million rivets when into putting this bridge together and today carries over 160,000 people across everyday.

The other thing that makes our country of Australia so interesting which bring many people from overseas will to visit or hike is our Kimberly Rangers in Western Australia is known for it's amazing landscapes, waterfalls and wildlife spread over a area of 422,000 square kilometers that's a huge land mass, many tourist come to hike these mountains rangers for the adventurous experience them red cliff rock formations date back to billions of years of weathered erosion.

Man made landmarks normally recognizable immediately letting you know what part of the world you are in.

Natural beauty in the mountains is where one realizes difference between continents, nature presents a totally different view more so in the animals your continent has on offer.

Excellent photographic presentation once again @kohsamui99

One of the countries I regret never visiting. Despite friends there and seemingly many similarities (including marmite and avo and nanas) I must say I would probably bypass the iconic tourist attractions for more of the waterfall and magnificent country meanders! Your photos are testimony to a beautiful country @kohsamui99
