Pinchos de pollo[ESP-ENG]
Hola comunidad el día de hoy les traigo una receta super práctica y delicioso, nos sirve para variar el menú en casa; esta receta se le puede agregar las verduras que deseen yo lo realizo con lo que tenia en mi casa, no les voy a mentir quedo jugoso y con un sabor único.

Los fines de semana suelo hacer comidas diferentes a las que siempre hago, así que con lo poco que tenia pude hacer unos pinchos de pechuga de pollo aunque también puede ser de carne, esta receta está buena para cualquier persona como los que comen sano ya que es al horno; sin más que decir a continuación les mostraré paso a paso de estos deliciosos pinchos.

On weekends I usually make different meals than I always do, so with the little I had I could make some skewers of chicken breast but can also be meat, this recipe is good for anyone as those who eat healthy as it is baked, without more to say then I will show step by step of these delicious skewers.

| 1 cebolla | 1 onion |
| 2 papas | 2 potatoes |

Lo primero que vamos hacer es picar la cebolla en cuadros, luego la papa y las 2 pechugas de pollo todo de la misma forma.
The first thing we are going to do is chop the onion into squares, then the potato and the 2 chicken breasts all in the same way.
Pasamos armar los pinchos, utilizando un palito de altura; primero coloque la papa, segúndo un pedazo de cebolla y luego un trozo de pechuga, así continué hasta llegar al final.
We assemble the skewers, using a height stick; first place the potato, then a piece of onion and then a piece of breast, and so on until the end.
Una vez armados los pinchos, lo coloque a una bandeja cómoda para meterlo al horno.
Once the skewers are assembled, place it on a comfortable tray to put it in the oven.
Al tenerlos todos en la bandeja ahí lo condimente con sal y adobo.
Once they were all in the tray, I seasoned them with salt and adobo.
Realicé una salsa con cebolla, perejil y ajo, lo licue todo hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes.
I made a sauce with onion, parsley and garlic, blended it all until all the ingredients were incorporated.
Esa mezcla que hice se lo agregue a los pinchos con la ayuda de una cuchara.
The mixture I made was added to the skewers with the help of a spoon.
Luego lo colocamos al horno a 180 grados aproximadamente por 40 minutos.
Then we put it in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Listo, a disfrutar de estos deliciosos pinchos hechos en casa al horno, la verdad es que quedaron muy bien además que podemos acompañarlo con lo que gustes.
