Build- it || Navidad y Primavera en un solo post 🎄🌼🌷

Se aproxima la navidad y con ella todo un huracán de actividades, la gente se alegra y se pone en marcha para limpiar, ordenar y adornar la casa. A esto se refieren con lo del espíritu navideño, el animo y la energía para realizar todas estas acciones en espera de los días festivos.

No obstante, aunque carezco de este espíritu y esta emoción ya que yo soy más como "El Grinch", me animé a realizar esta manualidad con motivo navideño a pedido de mi hermana.

Se trata de un adorno para colocar en el interruptor del timbre de su casa , aunque he realizado este modelo en varias oportunidades, aún no se que nombre se le da a este tipo de ornamento así que sólo lo llamaré adorno para el interruptor.

Christmas is approaching and with it a whole hurricane of activities, people rejoice and set out to clean, tidy and decorate the house. This is what they mean by the Christmas spirit, the spirit and energy to do all these things in anticipation of the holidays.

However, even though I lack this spirit and excitement since I am more like "The Grinch", I decided to make this Christmas-themed craft at my sister's request.

It is an ornament to place on the doorbell switch of her house, although I have made this model several times, I still don't know what name is given to this type of ornament so I will just call it a switch ornament.

The first step was to make the mold with the measurements of the switch. The next step was to mark the mold on the green foami and cut it out.

Then I cut out some strips of frosted green foami to place around the edges and in the hole in the center of the piece.

The white frosted foami I drew a kind of roof of a cabin that simulates that it is covered with snow. I cut it out and glued it with liquid silicone on top of the piece.

To add a little more life and color to this ornament I decided to add a Christmas flower. To do this I took the mold of a petal and then cut out 5 petals in the red frosted foami.

For the leaves I used a different material than foami but also with a lot of glitter. Then I joined the petals and the leaves to form a beautiful flower.

I placed the flower in one of the corners of the little house and in the space left over I placed some green moss.

As a final detail I made a bow with the Christmas ribbon and added the little bell to give it a special touch. I placed this ribbon on the top of the little house.

As a final result we have a nice Christmas ornament that will be used to cover the doorbell switch of my sister's house. This craft was very simple and easy to make, it only took me about an hour to make it.

Como estaba muy relajada realizando mis manualidades se me ocurrió elaborar otra versión de este adorno para los interruptores. En este caso me inspiré en la primavera, lo elaboré de manera horizontal y lo utilice para el cuarto de mi hija.

As I was very relaxed doing my crafts I came up with another version of this switch ornament. In this case I was inspired by spring, I made it horizontally and used it for my daughter's room.
